Haruna Nma Yahaya
Haruna Nma Yahaya is the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Haruna Yahaya & Co(Chartered Accountants and Tax Practitioners ), he holds a B.Sc. Accounting from Bayero University Kano, Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and Master of Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) as well as the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). He has attended various courses both within and outside Nigeria among which are Harvard University, Boston Massachusetts USA and Euromoney Training in London. Before establishing Haruna Yahaya & Co. Chartered Accountants in 2002, he had over twenty years working experience that cut across the private and public sector. Among his past employers are Pannel Ker Forster (PKF) Kaduna, FSB International Bank Plc. He retired from the banking sector as an Assistant General Manager/Financial Controller of former FSB International Bank Plc (Now Fidelity Bank Plc). He has served in various committees such as Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN FSS 2020) Security and Exchange Commission (SEC compliance Sub Committee) and the Investigating panel of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and currently he is a council member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Adedayo Dada is a senior manager in the firm and currently the Head Kaduna office. A graduate of Accountancy and a holder of master degree in Business Administration (MBA) from university of Ilorin. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
He started his Audit career with Dele Otitoju & Co Chartered Accountants as Audit senior in 2005 and later joined Haruna Yahaya and Co Chartered Accountants as Deputy Manager at Kaduna Branch in 2006.

AJAGUNA, MEMESI KAYODE (HND, ACA)
AJAGUNA, MEMESI KAYODE is currently an Executive Partner in the firm, and Head of the Lagos Office, he has cogent experience that span over 14 years with last 10 years in an audit environment. His working experience cut across various sector of the economy.
Ajaguna has experience in Management Accounting reporting, financial statement preparation, budgets, business planning etc.
He is also experienced in taxation in the areas of partnership sole trader/personal returns, tax planning and advice. Ajaguna is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Higher National Diploma (HND) graduate of Accountancy from the Institute of Management & Technology, Enugu, Nigeria.
Olumese Edwin Atabhotor
Olumese Edwin Atabhotor holds a B.Sc Accounting and Finance degree and is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He has worked extensively in Audit Firms in various capacities.He has extensive diversified client service experience in auditing, accounting and finance. He started his auditing career in A.A Eromosele &Co. He joined Haruna Yahaya &Co in 2003.
He has led many audits team in a wide variety of industries. His recent professional experience cut across various sector of the economy. He is currently an Executive Partner and Head Minna office.
Franklin Olorundaisi is currently a senior Manager in the firm and the head Abuja Office. He has over 10 years experience providing auditing, accounting, business advisory and tax services to a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from high net worth individuals to private and public businesses, international donor Agencies and Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs).
He has considerable experience in conceptualizing and developing business proposal as well as providing business process outsourcing services to both start-up and established companies who find value in outsourcing their accounting and finance function.
